I went to the Dietician today.
I have lost weight, and now I am at a safer weight for my height. She was pleased as I had needed to lose weight.
She said my blood tests were good. She did take blood today to check my iron, but she feels that my health overall is good.
I wanted to write about it, as sometimes I get absorbed in my mental health, and forget to be grateful if my physical health is good.
I wanted to challenge myself to feel gratitude for the good news, and to be grateful that I had made progress, and had managed to lose weight.
